You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the prior written consent of 4jl. Unauthorised use of any 4jl intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 4jl platform shall first be referred to 4jl's internal dispute resolution process, and you agree to engage with this process in good faith before pursuing any external legal remedy. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 4jl's failure to enforce any provision of these terms at any given time shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
